Jackson Hole is one of the few non-sanctioned downhill races left in the country. This town classic features divisions for all levels including juniors. Come out and watch over 200 competitors in this intense and STEEP downhill race.

The long standing tradition in Jackson Hole, Pole Pedal Paddle is a five event race where competitors either race as a team or individually all while raising funds for Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable Alpine, Freeride, Nordic and Snowboard programs to Jackson youth. The five event race includes everything one would want to do in a day! An alpine ski leg, a short running leg, a cross-country ski leg, a bicycle leg, and a boating leg.

42nd Annual World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb (website)

Location: Snow King Mountain
The 42nd Annual World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb, put on by the Jackson Hole Snow Devils, draws over 10,000 spectators. It is a true sight to see, especially from one of the coveted spots along the race course, as highly skilled riders race up the double black diamond ski run called Exhibition a solid 1,500 vertical feet. With 300 of the bravest snowmobile hill climb racers, there is no shortage of insane maneuvers, toppling sleds, near completions, and pure chaos.
If you feel up for a surge of adrenaline, contact Jackson Hole Snow Devils to see if you can volunteer to help on the course catching those toppling sleds!
