Billy Cleveland – General Manager/Director of Golf
After attaining his certification in Golf Management from the PGA in June 2007, Billy has taken on the role of Golf Club General Manager here at 3 Creek Ranch. As a Class A golf professional with almost 20 years of experience, Billy comes to 3 Creek Ranch with a remarkable background: Director of Golf at Elk River Club in Banner Elk, NC; General Manager/Director of Golf at Nashville Golf & Athletic Club in Brentwood, TN; General Manager/Head Golf Professional at The Ledges Country Club in Huntsville, AL; and Director of Golf at Boston Hills Country Club in Hudson, OH. Billy served his PGA apprenticeship at Naples National Golf Club in Naples, FL; The Country Club in Pepper Pike, OH; and Huntsville Country Club in Huntsville, AL. Billy was born and raised in the great state of Alabama where he attended college at the University of North Alabama. Though his passion is the game of golf, a close second is his love of Alabama football.

Stacey Taylor – Director of Membership Sales
Stacey comes to us after spending ten years in Wilmington, NC. She grew up in central Illinois and received her Bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Illinois University. She has worked in several industries including Banking, Furniture, Paper and Golf. She is very excited to return to the Golf industry and is looking forward to the interaction between both established and potential members. She also is active in PEO which is the international organization focused on providing educational opportunities for women. Outside of work Stacey looks forward to spending time with her dog, Tanner, traveling and the many outdoor activities that the Jackson area has to offer.
Dan Tolson – Golf Course Superintendent
Originally from Billings, MT, Dan obtained his B.S. in Turf Management from Colorado State University. The son of Stock Farm (Hamilton, MT) golf course superintendent Don Tolson, golf course maintenance runs through his veins. Bringing golf course development experience from Red Sky Ranch in Vail, CO, Stock Farm, Snake River Sporting Club and Teton Pines, Dan has been an integral member of the 3C team since the early stages of construction on our Rees Jones course. Dan enjoys spending his “abundance” of free time with his family (his wife Dancy and his children, James-2, Ellie and Olivia-1), and in the backcountry—hunting, fly fishing and skiing.
Greg Glover, PGA – Head Golf Professional
Greg joins our team at 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club from Alabama. He is a native of the state and attended the University of North Alabama. He has been in the Private Club sector for over 20 years and has spent the last 12 years as the Head Golf Professional at Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club in Killen, Alabama. Greg shows great strength in customer service and teaching. He is an accomplished instructor of the golf swing, but specializing in the short game is his niche. His efforts have produced four SEC golfers and numerous other collegiate players, some of which have achieved All-American status. In his time away from the Club, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two young children.
Marcel Beauclair – Executive Chef
/ Director of Food and Beverage
Marcel is a native of Seattle, WA, and worked at many exclusive private clubs in and around the Seattle area. His professional history includes time at The Bellevue Club, The Seattle Tennis Club and, most recently, The Sahalee Golf and Country Club just outside of Seattle. Sahalee hosted the 1998 PGA Championship and the 2001 NEC World Golf Championship. Outside of his professional time Marcel is an avid skier, hiker and climber.
Erica Sykes – Food & Beverage Manager
Erica joined 3 Creek in June of 2007 after moving to Jackson from San Francisco with her husband Geoff and son Jonah. Growing up, she and her family traveled extensively and lived for years in Israel, the Caribbean and London. After graduating from Columbia University with a B.A. in history in 1992, she worked on Wall Street for several years in Mergers & Acquisitions for Daiwa Securities America. During her eleven-year tenure in the San Francisco hotel and restaurant industry, she worked at the 5 Diamond Award-winning Campton Place Hotel and the James Beard Award-winning Farallon. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the park and skiing
Jenny Spence – Director of Member Services
Originally from Kentucky, Jenny moved to Jackson in 2005 after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. She came to Wyoming to stay for a couple months, but was quickly won over by the scenery and abundance of activities. She joined 3 Creek Ranch in April of 2005 and spent two seasons in the 3 Creek Ranch Golf Shop. Jenny has since joined the Clubhouse team as Director of Member Services where she has implemented a concierge program.
Geanie Young-Eagens, M.Ed. – Director of Fitness
Geanie has an extensive background in health and wellness, business management and promotion. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Masters of Education in Sport Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She has served as a motivator, an educator and an assistant to many individuals in their life’s performance endeavors. Her 18 years of coaching, personal training and teaching a variety of classes are a great attribute to our Fitness Center. To broaden her expertise in golf fit training, Geanie will be attending the 2008 World Golf Fitness Convention this Fall and in December she will receive the TPI Certification from the Titleist performance Institute. As our Director of Fitness, Geanie is available to assist you in achieving your individual performance, fitness and wellness goals.
Heather Tattersall – Director of Youth Services
Heather joins the team at 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club to kick off our inaugural season of Camp 3 Creek. After growing up and attending college in New England, Heather relocated to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Her summers have been spent as a guide on the white waters of the Roaring Fork and Arkansas Rivers and her winters on the slopes of Snowmass Mountain as an alpine ski instructor and director of children’s evening activities. Her desire to gain a deeper understanding for the places she loves led her to the Teton Science Schools, where she completed a graduate residency in Environmental Education. Heather sees Camp 3 Creek as the ideal opportunity to combine her love of outdoor activity, ecology and education in one of the most unique and amazing places in the country.
Chris Davit – Director of Tennis
Chris is a native of Milwaukee, WI, and has spent most of the past three years here in Jackson Hole. He’s been playing tennis ever since he can remember, spending countless hours on the court with his father as a kid. He went on to win two high school state doubles championships and also began teaching the sport while still in high school. Chris earned a Geography degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a certificate in Environmental Studies. Chris has taught tennis for numerous summer programs in Wisconsin, worked as a pro at Teton Pines for two years and also coached the Jackson Hole High School tennis team for two seasons. He is an avid skier and enjoys cycling and backpacking in the warmer WY months. Chris cherishes the opportunity to teach tennis in the midst of paradise and hopes to see everyone out at our beautiful clay courts.
Brad Zolnowsky – Director of Engineering/Information Technology
Brad was born and raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota. He moved to Jackson in 1999 after completing his commitment to the National Guard. During his tour of duty as a helicopter mechanic, he attended South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and managed landscape construction. In 2005, the 3 Creek Ranch developers acquired him for both his computer skills and construction expertise. In addition to managing a variety of projects during the construction phase, he designed and implemented our voice, data and video and communications networks. With Brad’s wide array of talents, you are as likely to find him sitting in an excavator as you are behind his laptop. However, when the work is done, he and his camera disappear into the mountains and streams.
Maureen Fitzgerald – Controller
Maureen joins us as the Controller of the 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club, making her responsible for all financial operations of the Club. She attended the MBA program at the University of New Hampshire and received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and French from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and Centre D’ Etudes European in Toulon, France. Maureen has worked in the Jackson Hole area for local developers and entrepreneurs for over 10 years and at Tyco International for 3 years.
Jane Smith – Executive Secretary
Jane joined 3 Creek Ranch in July of 2006 as the Office Administrator for the Development Company. She is happy to make the move to Executive Secretary for the General Manager. She has years of customer service and management experience in both the travel and medical industries. While living in Dallas she was on the boards of several charitable organizations. Jane is known for her organizational and efficiency skills. She and her husband enjoy travel, fishing and reading.
