Where Nature Still Reigns

The developers of 3 Creek Ranch have gone to great lengths to not only preserve, but to also enhance the natural habitat throughout the property. Wetlands have been both created and restored for the benefit of trumpeter swans. The restoration of native grasslands and shrub cover species has been designed to support small mammals and song bird populations. As further testament, the ranch has established a Naturalist Center staffed with a Naturalist Team to foster a greater sense of care and understanding of the incredible surroundings.

An Abundance of wildlife

3 Creek Ranch is located in the heart of one of the largest relatively intact temperate zone ecosystems remaining on earth – the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. A landscape that is functioning ecologically as it did nearly 100 years ago, the property reveals over 115 species of birds, 28 species of mammals and 65 species of plants. To live at 3 Creek Ranch is to become an entrusted steward of the land, acting mindfully with respect to nature and wildlife, and to the legacy of keeping it unspoiled for future generations.
