The Revivalists formed in 2007. Completing countless tours throughout the country, this seven piece band creates music to move to. With a high energy show and musical depth, this band is not to be missed. After releasing two independent records, (Vital Signs-2010 and City of Sound-2014), that time and dedication came to a head on the group’s third full-length album, Men Amongst Mountains [Wind-Up Records]. As much as it’s the culmination of their work thus far, it opens up a new chapter for the band—David Shaw [vocals], Zack Feinberg [guitar], Ed Williams [pedal steel guitar], Rob Ingraham [saxophone], George Gekas [bass], Andrew Campanelli [drums], and Michael Girardot [keys, trumpets].
Opening Act:
Sneaky Pete and the Secret Weapons: High Altitude Stink Funk from Jackson, Wy. A collective of musicians channeling original music through a lens of hazy funk and unending groove, all witnessed and interpreted from the peaks and valleys of the Rocky Mountains.  With a diverse web of musical inspiration, The Weapons have absorbed sounds from all over: smokey downtown jazz clubs, raucous New Orleans street parades, exotic Latin ballrooms, late-night laser-filled clubs, intergalactic spaceship stages, festivals of love & roses, and so many more! Galactic
DATE: Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Headliner Bio: Full Bio and band details at Galatic
It’s been more than 20 years since Ben Ellman, Robert Mercurio, Stanton Moore, Jeff Raines and Rich Vogel began exploring the seemingly limitless musical possibilities born out of their work together as Galactic. Since then, the seminal New Orleans band has consistently pushed artistic boundaries on the road and in the studio, approaching their music with open ears and drawing inspiration as much from the sounds bubbling up from their city’s streets as they do from each other. A series of albums focused around specific concepts like Carnival followed, as did collaborations with guests hailing from worlds outside the one Galactic calls its own.

Opening Act: Canyon Kids, from Jackson, Wy
Canyon Kids continues to play in their home base of Jackson, Wyoming, and you can expect to catch them playing festivals around the rocky mountain region!
