Greetings from the Nordic Center!
The weather forecast is showing an impressive storm cycle through this weekend and most of next week, building upon an already beautiful Nordic track. We look forward to seeing you out enjoying the track, and let us know if we can be of assistance in any way.

3 Creek Ranch Nordic Schedule
February 6 – February 12, 2017
- Monday, February 6
Ski Tour: Phelps Lake Tour
Time: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
Place: Meet at the Nordic Center at 9:00 am
Bring: Skis, boots, poles, daypack with water, food, extra layers.
Mileage: 4.6 miles R/T
Elevation Gain: 270’ Maximum Elevation: 6,644’
Description: Moderate
We will begin this tour at the Granite Creek parking area, located at the end of the Village Road just inside GTNP. We will ski along the Moose-Wilson Road north about 1.25 miles, gaining only 100’ of elevation. We then turn west on the old entrance road to the JY Ranch and ski the remaining mile, and 170’ elevation gain to the lake shore. We will return via the beautiful open meadows south of the Rockefeller Preserve.
Notes on what to bring: As always, check weather forecast for up to date snow and temperature report. Recommended gear for all our Monday Ski Tours include a small daypack, insulated water bottles, (a small thermos of hot tea or cocoa is always a pleasure to have), lunch, an extra warm layer such as a puffy jacket, hat and gloves.
Length and destination of the tour is weather dependent.

Skate Ski Clinic **
All Welcome: 9:30 am – 11:30 am
** All clinics will be dependent on weather and track conditions. We will be sending daily track conditions and updates via Twitter. All clinics will meet at the Nordic Center.

Pro Shop-Nordic Center
All Nordic events and clinics will meet at the Golf Pro Shop (Nordic Pro Shop in the winter). The warm and cozy Pro Shop is the perfect place to gear up and complete their tours.
Pro Shop Services
Stop in for a wax or full tune-up by the resident experts at the Nordic Pro Shop, in addition to ski storage.
