Todd is a Wyoming native with over 28 years of experience in the Jackson Hole market. Beginning his Jackson real estate career at Jackson Hole Realty (later purchased by Sotheby’s International Realty), Todd was recruited by Real Estate of Jackson Hole & Christie's Great Estates and joined the firm as a partner and shareholder. During this time he was recognized as one of the Top Solo Performers in the Country (Ranked 12) by Realtor Magazine. From the beginning of his career, Todd has been a namesake in developments throughout Jackson, including the residences at Snake River Lodge and Spa in Teton Village.

In 2002, he completed the sale of the 4 Lazy F Ranch, one of his landmark sales, listed for $75 million. This property is now home to Jackson Hole’s first and only member-owned private club, a golf and fishing destination, the world renowned 3 Creek Ranch. Todd was asked to stay on as a member of the development team and broker. That same year he formed 3 Creek Ranch Real Estate Services LLC which is independently owned and operated and is the exclusive on-site brokerage at 3 Creek Ranch. Since the release in 2004, he has sold over $950 million in transactional sides and been involved in 98% of all the sales.

Todd knows Wyoming and enjoys sharing his love for this idyllic area with newcomers to the valley. In addition to 3 Creek Ranch, Todd assists clients throughout the Jackson Hole area with all property types. His extensive knowledge in the real estate market is just one of many reasons why he is consistently a true top producer. Todd spends year round in Jackson Hole and lives on the ranch with his two children. In his free time he enjoys all of Jackson’s outdoor activities with his family including fly fishing, golfing, biking and skiing.

Brenda grew up in Ocean City, Maryland graduating from Worcester Preparatory School in 1990.  She attended the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994. Brenda worked in the real estate industry in Jackson Hole in the 1990s prior to attending law school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Brenda was an editor of the International Law Review and graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School cum laude in 2000. She began working in the Dallas real estate section of Winstead, Sechrest and Minick and her first project was a 100 unit luxury condominium building in the Turtle Creek section of Dallas. Brenda then served as real estate counsel for Whataburger Inc. as an associate at Crouch & Ramey law firm.

In 2003, Brenda moved back to Jackson Hole and her practice has since focused on all aspects of real estate development work. She has worked on the real estate development of 3 Creek Ranch, Bar BC Ranch, Pine Glades Development, Pearl at Jackson, Pearl Willow, Bar B Bar, Shooting Star and Hidden Hollow along with numerous multi-family and affordable housing projects.  Brenda serves on the Board of the Jackson Hole Center for the Arts and was actively involved in the negotiation of a 99 year ground lease for that entity. She has been an active advocate for affordable housing in Teton County both in her role as counsel for the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust and as a speaker for affordable home buyer workshops for the Teton County Access to Justice entity. She is a founding board member of the Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club and currently serves as a member of the Board of Law Examiners for the Wyoming State Bar.  Brenda has a 12 year old daughter.
