| | With an exciting start to 2012, 3 Creek Ranch has seen the most activity since 1st quarter 2007. Although raw land sales are typically slow during the winter months, as predicted in the 2011 year-end report, the reduced inventory of completed homes pushed the focus onto the spectacular lots we still have remaining on the Ranch. Since January we have sold two Cabin Homes, one 35 acre Ranch Parcel, one Estate Lot and three Cabin Lots. This is an incredible start to what looks like a record year at the Ranch. | | |
