2012 1st Quarter Update
With an exciting start to 2012, 3 Creek Ranch has seen the most activity since 1st quarter 2007. Although raw land sales are typically slow during the winter months, as predicted in the 2011 year-end report, the reduced inventory of completed homes pushed the focus onto the spectacular lots we still have remaining on the Ranch. Since January we have sold two Cabin Homes, one 35 acre Ranch Parcel, one Estate Lot and three Cabin Lots. This is an incredible start to what looks like a record year at the Ranch.

With the 50% drop in Cabin Home inventory from last year, we recently saw our first price increase on a completed Cabin Home as owners begin to react to the demand and limited supply.

With a beautiful start to spring in Jackson Hole, 3 Creek Ranch is seeing a strong increase in new construction. Many of the homes in the design process last year are breaking ground, while others including several estate homes and a ranch parcel home will soon be completed. This will be further supported as many of this year’s buyers plan to break ground before year end.
